Anger often comes to students hidden in profound messages – “No one else understands.” “Why me?” “Where's God?” Through the stories of three students, your group will understand with greater depth how to detect the source of anger; how to express it; and how to let go of the burden of control—or lack of control—that plagues so many. Use Ready to Explode to help students get into their story, confront the sources of anger and avoid stuffing their emotions.
