Jesus warned His followers that they would experience suffering - perhaps you are suffering now. In this breakout, we will examine how we can come alongside our suffering sisters and bring comfort and healing.
Sinners interacting with sinners will inevitably lead to conflict in some instances. In this breakout we will examine what the Bible has to say about conflict and how we can respond to conflict in a way that brings honor to God and reflects Christ to others.
How often, when things don't go our way, are we prone to complain? It might surprise you, but God invites us to complain - not to each other, but to Him. He is the One who can actually do something. In this breakout you will learn what God has to say about lament, look at examples, and have an opportunity to practice writing your own lament.
Many young women today struggle to identify with the women's ministry model they have seen in the past. How can we communicate to young women that they are needed and valued in the church? In this session we will learn strategic methods to bridge the gap, build relationships, and develop effective leadership qualities in the next generation of women's ministry leaders.
Whether you lead a team of two or a team of twenty, it can be challenging to effectively manage a team of women. In this session you will learn practical tips and strategies to help you create intentional spiritual direction in your ministry. This is an interactive session that will equip you to cast vision for your team, how to help your team thrive so your women's ministry can flourish.
We love to study our favorite women in the Bible. But what if we took a fresh look at their lives through the collective lens over the course of Scripture? This session will help us learn how to have a healthy biblical overview of how God sees women and leverages our gifts for his Kingdom purposes. This framework gives us a healthy perspective to see ourselves in God's big story today. We can rest in who God has designed us to be as women who serve His kingdom purpose right where we are.
Have you been called to lead women in your local church? Whether you are starting from scratch or in the process of rebuilding, this session will guide you through some basics in assessing your situation and moving forward. Learn principles from the book of Nehemiah and see how the why of ministering to women hasn't changed – the methods have.
You may not consider yourself a Biblical scholar, but most ministry leaders desire to handle scripture well. Why is theology important to your leadership? Should it be important? This breakout will help you understand that good theology is for every woman.
Have you found yourself in a cross-cultural setting or been on a mission’s trip and felt nervous about sharing the Gospel? Or even with friends and family? Come and discuss issues related to sharing the Good News in your neighborhood, community, and to the ends of the earth.
Do you find it hard to bounce back from disappointment? Do you look around you and see others living their dreams but you don’t quite know how to get unstuck from a mundane place? Maybe you’ve had to let go of a dream and you are feeling disappointed and forgotten by God. In this breakout, Angie will share how that dark and lonely place might be the best place you could be right now for God to break through and do something amazing.
Podcasts are an amazing way to amplify your ministry platform. How can a podcast multiply your impact with the women you’re ministering to? We will walk you through 5 mistakes common to brand new podcasters that set them back when starting their shows or drain their time and resources.
Ministry can be challenging, especially when we try to go it alone. But God, in His wisdom, has provided partners to walk alongside us, offering encouragement, guidance, and shared work for His Kingdom. In this session, discover the power of partnership in ministry and gain practical insights into building and nurturing strong, fruitful relationships that will uplift and support you on your journey. Learn to embrace collaboration as you lead, and see how God can multiply your efforts through the blessing of partnership.
Who poured into you when you were younger? Who do you wish you had? The reality is you have everything you need to reach the next generation, yet it can feel overwhelming when you have so much else on your to-do lists. Let’s stop over complicating what discipleship is and get practical on what it can look like to make disciples of the next generation!
