Breakout Sessions

  • We are mandated by scripture to be disciples who make disciples.  The world needs us to be disciple makers who are prayer soaked, Bible teaching, Christ exalting, Spirit empowered, and gospel centered.  Together let’s explore ways we can be word-driven disciple makers.

  • This breakout is designed to equip young leaders or those who lead them with some essential leadership skills. We will explore five key areas in which young leaders need training and encouragement as they develop into the leaders God created them to be. Attendees will gain practical tools to lead with compassion and integrity.

  • This breakout is designed for leaders who are passionate about creating positive impact but often feel the weight of leadership stress. Participants will dive into practical strategies for recognizing, understanding, and managing the internal and external pressures of leadership. Leaders will explore the roots of their anxiety and learn tools to keep it in check.

  • This breakout on exegesis and basic hermeneutics is designed to guide you through foundational methods to interpret the Bible accurately. In an interactive environment, you'll learn tools for understanding the historical context, literary genres, and original audience that shape each passage. This session will equip you with essential skills to approach God’s Word with clarity and confidence as explore the depths of Scripture.

  • You have heard it said, "Begin with the end in mind." As we lead with the end goal of finishing well, there are certain leadership lessons that will help us stay the course such as avoiding burnout, overlooking the opinions of others, and making the most of every opportunity. Learn how to lead well as you reach for the finish line. (Hebrews 12: 1)

  • Do you question if you are up to the task of leading women? You, like me, may identify with Moses' response when God called him to lead the Israelites, "Who am I that I should go?" (Exodus 3:11) You can be confient that God did not make a mistake when He called you to lead. Learn how to overcome feelings of inadequacy and lead with confidence. God has chosen you to lead for such a time as this!

  • As a Christian and women's leader, you operate in the midst of a battle. The Bible tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). Learn what the Bible teaches about our enemy, Satan, his tactics and our means for victory.

  • Have you been called to lead women in your local church? Whether you are starting from scratch or in the process of rebuilding, this session will guide you through some basics in assessing your situation and moving forward. Learn principles from the book of Nehemiah and see how the why of ministering to women hasn't changed – the methods have.

  • Who poured into you when you were younger? Who do you wish you had? The reality is you have everything you need to reach the next generation, yet it can feel overwhelming when you have so much else on your to-do lists. Let’s stop over complicating what discipleship is and get practical on what it can look like to make disciples of the next generation!

  • Have you ever felt overwhelmed by life's pressures? You're not alone. Each of us faces daily challenges, striving for peace amid the chaos. Join us as we explore three key areas of stress in our lives, gain practical tools for dealing with stress, and discuss how to lead the next generation toward the peace God desires.
